In operation since 1984, Abbey Residential proudly owns and operates approximately 10,000 apartments in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, and Texas. With our own fully staffed construction and management companies, we are able to oversee projects from inception to completion and operation. For more than three decades, we have successfully redeveloped and repositioned thousands of apartment homes.

Our management team visits and evaluates the neighborhood and all competitive properties in the general area prior to beginning any project. During the discovery phase, we determine what enhancements are necessary to exceed the amenities of local competitors. All improvements are performed by subcontractors who have been providing services to Abbey Residential Services, Inc. for many years and are accustomed to providing the quality product we expect in our communities.

Target Markets & Property Types

Abbey Residential seeks to add more properties to our growing portfolio of Class A apartment communities. We are interested in properties with a minimum of 200 units which are candidates for repositioning and new Class A developments. We are also seeking multifamily land development opportunities in upscale neighborhoods that are capable of supporting newly constructed communities from 200-500 apartment homes.
